This is an old church sandwich between commercial establishments... Even though there are many people bustling around that area when you enter it becomes solemn... And you can light a candle near the altar not like some other churches just drop coins to have fake candles.

I have never been more impressed by a parish church before. The man overseeing the opening (I don’t know if was the priest or another member) showed such compassion to the beggar and his dog who occupied the front steps during our stay at an apartment across the street. And, the family alters were stunning. This parish church was not listed in any of our tourist materials, but it is well worth visiting.

There are many other nicer churches to visit or sit quietly or worship at. Mass was starting in 15 minutes we were asked to leave. Yes we had cameras but sitting at the very back not bothering the 8 people for mass. Arrogant catholic church at its finest. Go elsewhere you will be welcomed
